The Design Process

Pre-Design Phase

 

Content Creation

Gather and create the content that you want to appear on your website. This includes your logo, brand colors, photos, and text. 

If you have a website, I’ll edit that content for inclusion in the new website.

Research

I conduct market research and perform a competitor analysis to gain a deeper perspective of your industry and business.

Week 1: Web Design

 

Strategize

Strategy is everything and is the foundation of your website success. The design phase starts with our one-on-one web design strategy session. I’ll gain a deeper understanding of your vision, business goals, and design preferences.

Web Design

I’ll work my design magic to translate your vision into reality.  I’ll design your pages, add your content, and create the initial mockup of your website.

Weeks 2 and 3: Website Development Phase

 

The Tech

In the second week, I handle the tech. WordPress installation, security, plugins, SSL certificate, and setup.

Three Version Buildout

I’ll actually be building three versions of your website based on desktop, tablet, and mobile view.

Copywriting

I’ll be adding strategic copy to attract clients as well as reviewing and editing your provided content.

Week 4: Website Launch

 

Revision

You get up to two revision opportunities to make sure that you love your website
